Terms of Service, Conditions & Privacy Policy

1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, and bookings provided by Premiere Cleaning ("Premiere Cleaning," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Services
Premiere Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services — including basic, deep, move-in/move-out, maintenance, sanitary, Airbnb turnover, end-of-lease, office, sectional and add-on cleaning — across San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Los Angeles County, California. Services are performed on a best-effort basis using commercially reasonable methods and standard cleaning supplies. Scope of work is limited to what is agreed in the quote or booking confirmation.
3. Quotes, Bookings & Estimates
All quotes are estimates based on the information you provide (square footage, condition, scope, photos, etc.). Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the actual condition or scope materially differs from what was represented. We reserve the right to refuse, reschedule, or cancel service at our discretion, including for unsafe conditions, biohazards, infestations, or hostile environments.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods will be confirmed at booking. Late or unpaid balances may accrue a reasonable late fee and may be referred to collections. Returned payments are subject to a processing fee. Recurring service pricing may be adjusted with prior notice.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, lockouts, or turn-aways at the door may be charged a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
6. Access, Safety & Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide safe, lawful access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Disclose pets, security systems, hazards, fragile items, and any areas to avoid.
- Secure cash, jewelry, firearms, prescription medication, and irreplaceable valuables.
- Ensure running water, electricity, and a reasonable working temperature.
- Notify us in advance of biohazards, pests, mold, sewage, or human/animal waste — these are not covered by standard cleaning and may require declining or rescheduling service.
7. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy
If you are not satisfied with any area covered in the agreed scope of work, you must notify us in writing within 24 hours of service completion with specific concerns and, when possible, photos. Our sole remedy is to return and re-clean the affected area at no additional cost. We do not issue cash refunds in lieu of a re-clean.
8. Damage & Liability
Premiere Cleaning carries commercially reasonable insurance. Any claim of damage caused by our team must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service. We are not liable for: (a) pre-existing damage, wear, or deterioration; (b) items not properly secured, mounted, or assembled; (c) damage to surfaces, finishes or materials that are improperly sealed, aged, deteriorated, or marked "do not clean"; (d) loss of items not disclosed prior to service. Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Photos & Marketing
We may take before/after photos of work performed for quality assurance and, when appropriate, marketing. We will not publish photos that contain identifying information (faces, addresses, personal documents) without your consent. You may opt out at any time by emailing premierecleaningteam@gmail.com.
10. Non-Solicitation
You agree not to directly hire, solicit, or engage any Premiere Cleaning team member for cleaning services outside of Premiere Cleaning during their engagement with us and for 12 months after. A referral/placement fee of $2,500 per team member applies if this clause is violated.
11. Independent Service Provider
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between you and Premiere Cleaning. We are an independent service provider.
12. Communications Consent
By submitting a quote request or booking, you consent to receive service-related calls, texts, and emails at the contact information you provide. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting us directly.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Bernardino County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. You and Premiere Cleaning each waive any right to a jury trial.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with our cleaning team members assigned to your job and with service providers who help us operate (e.g., scheduling, payments, hosting), subject to confidentiality.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Your Rights (California Residents)
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
